Basket Abandonment

User exits website with items in cart. User gets email with items in cart with a CTA to continue to checkout.

scrape basket items (product picture, ID, Name, Quantity, Value, Total basket value, etc.)

Search Abandonment

User clicks CTA which opens a lead capture overlay. When submitted and user exits site, they get an email with search parameters and CTA to resume search.

scrape product page details (product picture, ID, Name, Quantity etc.) -- if travel, then scrape check in/out dates and location

Form Abandonment

For multi-steps funnel (like big quote); user exits funnel and we prompt them with a 'Save your quote for later' message. User gets an email when they leave the site.
