Toaster campaigns are a type of campaign format available in the builder. They are on page notifications that typically appear at the bottom of the screen. At first, they display only a compact header/handle section, but can be clicked in to, giving users the choice to expand or collapse the message. When expanded, the campaign can slide additional content onto the user’s screen, offering more details without disrupting their experience.
Clicking into the toaster group allows you to further configure the set up of your toaster, offering a multitude of set up options.
These campaigns are extremely beneficial as they achieve a balance of surfacing information subtly, without being too intrusive. This makes them a great format for surfacing information to users who show interest, while still allowing them to minimize or dismiss the content at any time.
