Geotargeting allows users to create campaigns either specifically targeted to visitors coming from a certain country or specifically exclude visitors coming from a certain country. At present, our standard target only works at a country level and is not applied to a more granular level.

Our country-level geotargeting capability uses the IP addresses of each user. If, for some reason, we are unable to correctly identify the IP addresses of users (either because they are masking it or using VPN for example), we will not be able to target them as intended.
