Both targets are relatively self explanatory - you can use a combination of these targets to only show your campaign on certain days, or during certain time windows.

To use the time of day target, type in a range (in a 24 hour format) and click Apply. You can add as many ranges as you'd like.

To use day of week targeting, select the days you want your campaign to show on. In combination with time of day, you can create specific recurring timeframes i.e. every Wednesday at 10:00-13:00.
