Within the platform, the Form Submission report enables a high-level view of your lead capture performance.

To view your reports, click on "Topline Reports" in your navigation. From there select, "Form Submissions".

Any onsite experience campaign that included a form will be included in the charts and metrics.

Here are a few deep dives on the metrics you see when first arriving on the page.

Campaigns run: Count of campaigns with a form that were live at any moment for the selected date range.

Campaign impressions: Number of times a campaign appeared during the selected date range.

Lead capture rate: % of campaign impressions that resulted in a form submission. One count per form submission. (ex: if there are three fields in one campaign that are submitted, the count would still be 1. Not 3).

Lead conversion rate: % campaign impressions that had a form submission and ultimately resulted in a conversion (sale).

Total leads: Total number of forms submitted. (ex: if there are three fields in one campaign that are submitted, the count would still be 1. Not 3).

Live campaigns over time: Count of campaigns with a form that were live at any moment during the selected date range.
Lead capture performance over time: Forms submitted over time.

If you are familiar with historical lead capture reports you may see some comparative differences.

These new on-platform reports aggregate all campaigns with forms. Previously, reports only counted the campaign type of "lead capture".

The new reports show campaigns ONLY if they were 'live' at any point of the date range. Historic reports used 'active campaigns' which is campaigns that have received clicks/impressions/leads on that date even if they're paused.
