Overview

Data Subjects may be interested to know what Personal Data we hold about them (access). They can view this information and even delete by submitting a Data Subject Request (Data Access Request and Data Erasure Request).

Yieldify Customers can do so directly on the Yieldify Conversion Platform (YCP).

How do I complete a Data Subject Requests on YCP?

  1. Log in to YCP

  2. Select the organisation and corresponding website to which the Data Subject Request relates

  3. Go to the Website Settings by clicking the gear icon on the bottom left of the page

  4. Click on the “Data” tab to access the Data Privacy and Compliance panel

  5. Enter the email address of the subject who made the request and click “Submit”.

What to Expect after completing a Data Subject Request

Data Access Request

You will receive an email from Yieldify with a link to access the Personal Data we hold within 24 hours. You are responsible for sharing this information with the Data Subject who made the request.

The link expires within 7 days of the Data Access Request being submitted on YCP.

Data Erasure Request

When a Data Erasure Request is submitted, Yieldify will erase the data of the Data Subject within 24 hours.

Data Subject Request Considerations

  • You can complete only one Data Subject Request at a time. Each submission will be treated as a separate request.

  • If the Data Subject Request was made at the organisation level and you own multiple websites, the data of the Data Subjects must be accessed from each Yieldify Website Settings individually.

  • To comply with Data Protection Laws, Data Subject Requests should be responded to without delay and within one month of receipt.

  • If Yieldify doesn't have any stored data associated with the submitted email address, You will receive the following message: "No records were found matching this email."

  • If you wish to exercise any other rights you might under Data Protection Laws (including rectification, portability and restriction), please contact us at privacy@yieldify.com
